Tour Cancellation Policy

MOTORCOACH TOUR CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS


Bookings WITH Tour Protection:
 Cancellations: Passengers that have purchased tour protection will be GUARANTEED a FULL REFUND (less insurance fee) when canceling MORE THAN FOUR (4) Full BUSINESS DAYS prior to departure, regardless of your reason. If cancellation becomes necessary, simply contact our office by phone during REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (NO E-MAILS, TEXTS or Messages) and a FULL REFUND will be granted. Cancellations received WITHIN FOUR (4) business days of departure will result in a FULL CREDIT ONLY(less insurance fee).

Bookings WITHOUT Tour Protection:
• Passengers that have NOT purchased the plan will be GUARANTEED a FULL REFUND when cancelling MORE THAN 30 DAYS prior to departure, regardless of your reason. If cancellation becomes necessary, simply contact our office by phone during REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (NO E-MAILS, TEXTS or Messages) and a FULL REFUND will be granted with the exception of *ticketed events. Cancellations received WITHIN 30 days of departure are non-refundable

*Ticketed events such as, but not limited to, sporting events, concerts, Radio City, Broadway Plays, ARE NEVER refundable. Once the ticket has been purchased, the purchaser owns the package.

Event cancellations, postponement and other event changes: If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Yankee Trails will remove the event and any listings related to the event from our site and inform you about the cancellation with further instructions. Postponement of event: If an event is postponed, refunds will not be issued for postponed events, unless they are ultimately canceled as stated above. Other event changes: Yankee Trails is not responsible for partial performances, venue, line-up or time changes. No refunds will be issued in these instances. The insurance plan does NOT cover accidents or medical emergency costs while on our tours, or tour cost increases due to roommate cancellations. If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation while on one of our tours, a refund or credit will NOT be issued by Yankee Trails. It also does NOT apply to any rail, air or cruise travel packages. Please ask about separate insurance plans for these packages. Upon making your reservation(s), you will be asked whether or not you would like to purchase the insurance. If you decline, a note will be made in your account stating that you have chosen not to participate in our Tour Protection. The tour protection may NOT be purchased SEPARATELY less than 30 days prior to departure. *Excludes ticketed events
